usually that isnt neccessary. the tuning should make it run much better. just wait and see how it does after the tuning

i had to drill mine 1/4 to get mine to idle... i probably went one size to big though. I have my idle at 975 also

best thing you can do is monitor your IAC's in park when the car is fully warm. They should be in the 20-40 range for best results

I installed a tr224 114 cam this weekend, and I will be going in for dyno tuning on Friday. Right now the car dies sometimes when I come to a stop or when I put it in gear at an idle. Also right now I have the stock torque converter back in my car, but that will change in about 2-3 weeks. If I am getting dyno tuning do you think I will need to drill the throttle blade?
