poor idle my car is almost dying at idle sometimes clutch disengaged. This usually happens after coming to a stop. Any ideas? Do i just need to clean my maf?

Sounds like something is responding slow. A maf cleaning could do the trick. Your sig says slp lid/maf. Are you running a k&n? On second thought unplug the maf if it stops that is probably it.
