I went with a 12 bolt. If its gonna be a track car only go 9''. A 12 bolt is plenty strong. A 9" takes more power to use. I`ve seen a 12 bolt hold for years at the track with 6k clutch dumps on slicks. But a 9" is a stronger rear-end. Will hold lots of HP.
