Anyone have a ls1 on the stand with the pan off? IF you could i need to know how far the dipstick tube and dipstick sticks into the oil pan area. Like the overall length of the tube and dipstick that sticks out into the oil pan area. Thanks you guys I dont know if it matters but im using a fbody pan

It's not much...if I remember around 1/4". It doesn't go straight down...it comes in at a pretty extreme angle so it's hard to get a good measurement. If nobody has replied by the weekened I can measure for you when I get back to the shop.

thanks i need the measurment from the ring on the dipstick tube to the tip of the dipstick. So i need to know how far the overall assembly sticks into the oil pan area
