Default underdrive pulley (belt) and alternator bolt interference

Hi All,
I put on an underdrive (6 inch vs 7.5 inch OD) pulley on my LS3 based motor using LS1 accessories. I have two pics of the trouble spot, one with no bolt through the bottom bracket hole and one with my finger between hole and bolt to highlight the lack of clearance for a bolt head. I'm surprised I hadn't found anything on this, anyone know of a fix or why I might have this problem uniquely?

-Tim

I think you need to double check the way you have the belt routed, it looks wrong to me.

belt is routed incorrectly. goes from bottom of ud pulley over the idle(?) pulley then down to alt, if that makes any sense.

SEE! my sixth sense told me it didnt look right but i didnt wanna throw out false info just in case i happened to be wrong

so, therefore, verbal directions:

*over the tensioner
*under the WP
*over the PS pump
*over the alt
*under the idler
*over the

when i say under, im referring to the backside of the belt

Yes that is incorrect. Mine however is mounted that way because Im running the stock length belt with an underdrive pulley. Now if I routed it the correct way I would have too much slack in mine.
