HP tuners or Diablosport for the tune.

For exhaust, I am a fan of the stock setup. But I hear people love Kooks and B&B style headers.

For a "cat back" it seems like the Corsa or Magnaflow are the 2 biggest choices. Some just do a custom X pipe and seem to be pretty happy. My understanding is the mufflers flow pretty well, so you don't really NEED to change them if your looking for added performance.

Rear end gears? Not sure if your gonna find any, if ya do, let me know. I would love to do an aftermarket spool. Although, I do hear people have swapped in the SRX/CTS rear gear as the stock unit doesn't give you much time in any gear. The SRX/CTS one is a bit "longer".

Struts? No idea, I like the old man cushy stock feeling.

Trans mount, I have the UUC one and totally dislike the amount of noise it transmits into the cabin.

Have look at you motor mounts for the source of the clunk. I has a bad clunk from first to second and second to third under hard accel. Replaced the motor mounts with the creative steel mounts and all is well. Mine is also a 2004 with about the exact same miles.

qa1 struts with ground control coilovers......

not gonna find gears for the stock diff because they dont make any and 3.73 are perfect for the car.

pacesetter is releasing headers in the next month or so for half the price of others.

check with texas speed for a cam package.
