Default Weird DRL problem, '00 TA

When my '00 TA is running/key on, my DRL's are on as they should be. When i turn the headlights on, the drivers side DRL turns off, but the blinker will still work on both sides. Replaced bulbs and cleaned the sockets with electrical cleaner... no results. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

The DRL and turn signals share one filament in the bulbs and the marker lights use the other. So, it sounds like your marker filament is not illuminating.

It is possible to put in a bad "new" bulb, so I'd suggest switching your bulbs left to right just to make sure. If that confirms your left is bad, then its probably time for a new socket.
