Default Power steering rack and hoses

My power steering rack went bad and I am at 129k. Should I change the hoses as well? There is a good amount of oil around the area of the rack where the 2 hoses bolt to it.

Can I get OE replacements at auto zone, advance auto, or is it dealer only?

As long as you gotta be in there anyway, it just makes sense to do the hoses now. Any parts store will have them.

The power steering hoses aren't sealed by the threads, there's an o-ring in there.
