because I don't have a blue 33 TCC wire attached to the pin. In fact, there never was because it is plugged. The blue 32 (clutch pedal position switch signal) had a wire that is gone. But the goof ball that made my harness put a 4L60e plug on it. Good news is there is a wire coming from red 42 (TCC enable circuit) so that makes me think I will still be ok after I get a wire shoved in that blue 33 pin. Sooo how does a fella go about doing that?

Pull the colored plastic cover off the front of the connector, put a hole through the seal with a straight pin and push the contact in after you attach a wire to it. then pull the wire back until it seats and put the cover back on

I'm stripping out a A4 harness to convert to a manual trans and will not cut any of the wires for the trans plug if you need that portion, let me know.

Thanks novaman! Mine has a tranny plug and everything is wrapped up with loom and appeared nicely done. I really don't know if I have all the right wires inside the loom. Is there a couple of things I can check for to make sure all will be well. Will the pcm support the auto just fine? I think/hope the goof ball did a little work on the pcm ie vats delete, minor tuning and hopefully threw in some shift points, but that is entirely speculation.
