Default I need help! LS3 into 2002 Z28 tune.

I am installing a LS3 based engine into a 2002 Z28 and am needing info on where to get a mail order basline tune. Any help will be much appreciated.

Are you using the 512kb LS1 02 pcm and harness? Did you have a 24x reluctor wheel put on the back of the crank?

stock o2 harness and computer and yes 24x reluctor

Check with Frost, he is a very well respected tuner on here who does many mail order tunes.

Well considering the LS3 comes with a OEM tune I dont think you would have to try too hard to get some starter values dude.
Just a case of transposing from E38 to LS1 some of the tables. But your question is really tuning 101. You need to do the basics first.
Injectors, CID, Then probably calc out the VE table, heading off into idle air etc.

Since mine was far from stock and I used a vengence cam I sent them the PCM and they set it up. Now I have access to HP tuners so I can tweek on it as I learn.
