I've heard of people using the Aircraft Stripper to get it off. Apparently it won't harm the rear defrosters, but will eat anything it drips on. I've never used the stuff so I don't know first hand, just saying that's what I've heard.

use aircraft stripper in the spray can. it was a god send when i took my tint off. but BEWARE that stuff will eat your paint. make sure you tape the door off and be very careful with it.

if you dont wanna do that ive heard super fine steel wool works.

edit: ^^ beat me to it

Purple power cleaner eats it right off as well...... It only took me 2 sprays on each window to get it off

soapy water and 0000 steel wool...works as good as any stripper and it isn't dangerous in the slightest.

i'd just use goo gone. the other stuff sounds dangerous. i did the same thing. but i did it cuz my rear 1/4 windows (mustang) werent as dark as my front windows so i ripped the tint off. about to put black vinyl on them to black them out completely.
