Default undercar pics of kooks & corsa please.

i have factory manifolds and cats and a corsa catback... i am looing to replace the tunnel mufflers with an x-pipe section, but in the future plan on doing kooks with catted connectors to corsa exhaust. i want to see how far back the headers and cats come on the new setup before i spend the money on an x-pipe setup now and then it get trashed or sell it. does the new setup come to the start of the tunnel mufflers and delete the part that connects the oem cats to the tunnel mufflers?

get what im saying?

thanks.

its hard to see it in this pic sorry!

The connectors take place of the front pipes that connect to the stock cats.
They clamp at the resonators (directly over my brother in-laws head)!

OK so by the looks of it the tunnel muffler section stays untouched. So if I made an xpipe to go there I'd be fine.

Thanks and more pics welcome

see the short end of the resonator? That is where the connectors clamp to using the corsa clamps! so you could cut it flush and weld in the X?

With LT's, no cats and no resonators, i would think the Corsa would be ear piercing loud! Its pretty raspy up top already but i would think the resonator delete would make it worse. Who knows... im a corsa fan and i havent seen anyone run an X instead of resonators so do it and post a clip!

yes definitely get some videos of this i thought about an X pipe myself but my exhaust sounds alot better with catless connectors rather then stock manifolds and gutted cats.

Oh ok... should sound pretty sick then!

I have had many cat-less mustangs, and you would be suprised how much an x-pipe mellows the sounds when you remove the cats. Straight connector pipes would sounds waaay too raspy imo. I want a smooth car which is why I bought the catted 1 7/8" kooks to go with my corsa. I know its gotta be ***** to the wall, but the way I see it, is its still a caddy
