Question amp/subwoofer power cable routing

I know this has been asked before. However, searching the previous threads, I couldn't find a definite answer.

In my '95 z28, I put the amp power cable threw the firewall hole under the PCM and ran it to the red aux. power (positive) terminal near the battery, and all was well.

Now, in my 2002 ss, I found the same hole under the PCM. But the aux power terminal is on the driver side near the front head light. Here's my question:

Should I (A) run it threw the same passenger side firewall hole then directly to the battery? or,

(B) run it through the passenger side firewall hole, past the battery, under my CAI and hook it up to the aux. power terminal? Or,

(C) (more of a question) Is there a hole in the driver side firewall I can run the power cable threw directly to the aux terminal?

Thanx in advance

On my old setup in a 99 camaro i drilled a hole on the drivers side and got power from the AUX terminal. (This was before i knew i could go by the pcm)
I would suggest goin through the PCM and connecting directly to the battery.
U can do it both ways but (A) would be the easiest
