Default Couple pics of the ebay CME...

Got this on last week. Not bad for the money. I have about $380 in the whole thing, paint, tips, exhaust work included. Granted, I get some good hookups on the paint and exhaust. The valance itself wasn't bad quality wise, needs a high build primer as there are some casting marks in it. My painter baked it for 3 hours before prepping to get it to straighten out. The fit is pretty good, installed in like 10 minutes. We put a screw in the center tab behind the license plate to help get it centered before taping it in place.

Always wanted one of these, just couldn't justify the cost of real tips and valance. Would have cost me twice as much at least.

I agree w/ the above statement.

Black top w/ white is nice. OR is it silver?

My ebay valence is sitting in the garage, can't wait to get it painted up and put on. Where did you get your CME tips? They look like the single CME style from 6LE.

Thanks guys

The tips are the ebay knock offs, $100 shipped. They have the inlets in the back vs. the side like real ones.

Oh, and its silver. Just weird lighting when I took the pics.

thats what i though they were.

do you have any pics of them from under the car? did you have any clearance issues rubbing/hitting the gas tank since they are right there.

No, the piping isn't near the gas tank, the muffler is. All we did was cut the pipes off the maganflow catback, made them bend as close to the muffler as possible, made "S" shaped pipes and welded it up. Looks and sounds really good. We need to add one hanger near the tips, we welded a brace between the tips to minimize movement. Its pretty solid now, but I want to tuck it just a hair higher so I want a hanger to keep it from touching the fascia. Probably wouldn't be a bad idea to put some heat wrap on there too, as the pipes go under the rear well area.

The spacing on those tips seems weird to me. Like they are too far away from each other or something.

Anyhow, looks good dude!
