Default Quick Bazooka Install Question

When attaching the factory harness to the Bazooka subs, do the black wires go to the fat or thin prongs on the speaker?

Here's a pic of the top of the factory speaker. The black wire attaches to where the thick prong is on the Bazooka. It's the same on the bottom - the black wire attaches to the thick prong location on the Bazooka.

So do I follow the factory arrangement when I clip the harness and attach it to the Bazooka?

I thought the red wire is positive and that is supposed to go to the fat Bazooka prong.. That would make it opposite from the stock setup.

Can anyone clarify this?

Yeah I ran the wires back and the red should go to the fat + prong as they are positives.
