Let's see your amp placement
I have had my amp in the rear well before, then moved it to the driver's side behind the tire. It's kind of rigged in there now, but seems happy.
I want a 50 x 4 amp some time this year and I'm looking for ideas on where to hide or where to place multiple amps.
Ideas?

In the spare tire area seems to be popular, or on the rear deck in some type of compartment. If i find an amp small enough to power the door and sail speakers I'd be curious to try and fit it in the glovebox. Just look around, theres a lot of topics where people posted there setups.

^ Definite win there. I was thinking about a setup like that. I was thinking about doing dual L5's or L7's in each side, but I like my subthump T-Top box. Good conversation piece and I get a lot of compliments on it at car shows. Kinda heavy tho, but we need weight in the back anyway.
And my 400w Hifonix amp is hidden in the driver's side well right now. Kinda wedged in there with some styrofoam. It seems happy. Had it in the main hump before and it just chafed at the carpet.

They're 10's. And no, there's no rattling. I've got the entire rear of the car Dynomatted to hell. And several layers behind the license plate frame. I think it sounds terrible when cars roll down the street with their beats bumpn', and you hear more rattle and hummin than actuall bass hitting!

^ I agree!! It just sounds cleaner and more professional when your **** isn't sounding like it's gonna fall apart. If anyone wants a cheaper alternative to Dynomat, check out Stinger RoadKill. I used that in certain spots and roll-on truck bed liner on the entire floor of my car.
