Doesn't the DMV charge a small fee to run a plate? I need to find someone too.

call for a non emergency & say u want to speak to a officer, & meet up with officer, & tell him/her u need info on a plates & if they ask y ? Then give him a good reason y or a good lie. Thats what I did when I notice a guy following me for 30mins I act like I didn't notice, when I got his plates frm my rearview mirror. Nxt day met with cop. I got his address. Full name. Bday. & car vin # & registration of the car, that guy lived 4 lilies away frm me so I kept it jus in case
