Show me your ****
Ok, with all this talk of shifter ***** I am flat out SICK of mine. I have no reason to belive it isn't the stock one so it needs to go. The fact that it feels like I am shifting with a deformed lemmon is reason enough.
So there. I want ideas. Please post photos of your ****, how much you spent, where you got it, and if its a custom/different shift boot I'll take that info as well.
And please no photos of your **** enlargement photos from your under the table Columbian doctor.
Thanks,
Graham

I still have stock, because it doesn't really bug me, however a friend has one of the UUC 'phalic commander' ***** on his car. Looks like crap (to me), however it does seem to improve the overall feeling of shifting due to it's weight:

P.S. looks worse in the picture than it does once it's on the car

Really?! Did you call and Thats what thy said? I ordered by phone. But Damn that makes no sense to me. They did all that r&d and then stop producing them after 5-6 years. The threaded shaft is what got me to go with the Katech. I would do the pinuoff version now.. Uuc is over priced since it is very similar to the katech in design

I have a UUC shifter and knoband I love it. The only thing I do not like is that the stock boot sinks down (kinda like most of the pics above, except for the Monaro and GTO boot). Not sure if these 2 boots might solve my issue. Any suggestions on a better fitting boot or is a custom made one my only option?

Yes, but I cut off the top portion right below where the notch is. Now, I no longer toggle the A/C while shifting into 3rd. Also, trimming the shifter solved the problem of the tension on the boot when shifting into reverse. This would pull up on the mounting plate popping it out of the console.
