I calculated the H&R stage 2 springs to be 647 in lb front and 258 in lb rear. However, someone once posted that H&R told them the fronts were 590 in lb a few years ago. So, either I miscalculated or they changed them slightly.

Hope that helps.

And, yes, they are on a daily driver (with Koni DA's).

The 1LE front springs are 360lbs/in linear, the rears are 130-160lbs/in progressive rate.

prokits are 400 lbs/in front and low 100s for the rear (don't remember the # on the rear)

I just installed H&R springs on my Z28 this weekend. Big difference over stock. I still have my stock shocks in though. I have to save up for shocks now. Hey trackbird, does it take a while for the front to settle? I have a little more space between the tire and the wheel well in the front than in the back. The car seems level though.

I don't think mine settled much, but I remember something like you describe when I was done. It seems mostly gone (even) now. I think the car is level, but the front looks a little (1/4 inch or less) high. I don't even notice any more.

ANd, get some shocks on those springs, they are pretty stout and the stock shocks have no clue what to do with that much spring rate.

Yeah I know. That's the next thing on the list besides SFCs. Plus I have to replace the right upper ball joint now.

Rears are 130-180 for 94+ 1LE, in '93 they were standard Z28 springs.

I'm bringing this question back up. There was a site that had a listing of quite a few common springs for F-Bodies, I lost my link. Anyone have a link to the page?
