Not good news for SOME of you fellas. New 5.0 is freaking nasty. Air filter, O/R x, lower control arms, and a tune ran 11.8 at 117 MPH on M/T.

Thats sick as ****, 117MPH is haulin *** for a car with just bolt ons and tippin scales north of 3600lbs. Whats a bolt on 5th gen with similar mods running? I like how you can pick your own gears in the Mustang, I just wish the homo at Ford that decided to drop the track pack option for '11 would get a nut kicking.

True.. but I want a 7.0L. If they can make it affordable that would be nice... doesn't hurt to hope.

Rear lights grow on you. Just like any car does. Before I would barf at looking at the ghey 370z, now I like the way the look. I HATED the 2010 camaro's looks but they grew on me, just upset that they discontinued the 2002's. BTW 2002 camaro SS IMO is the sexiest CAMARO EVER (arguably top 5 sexiest american car ever in my book)!!

Didn't watch the video since I'm at work, but from Triesheld's post in his Comparo thread magazines are running 13.0s or just about and trapping right at 110MPH with these cars stock. So, I'm unsure where the 106MPH came from unless they let out or some thing?

These 5.0's are gonna whoop up on me probably if I don't hurry and do some better mods. It's cool I can beat a 2010 but the new 5.0's I'm gonna have problems for sure. Pretty cool tho. Very impressive. I am glad the 5.0 was brought back in a cammer motor form. This should give some good competition to the LS1 finally without a Forced Induction setup like all the LSx nut huggers have always bitched about when it comes to 03/04 Cobras. My only grip like one other has posted is the new rear tail lights because I also agree they look like something off and import car.
