K got it !!! their is a VERY small canister that hooks up to the lil hard plastic hoses, the canister has 3 ports the one pointing to the top goes to the front of car ( big canister)the one pointing straight goes to the hose going inside the car (firewall) and the one pointing down goes to the back of the intake manifold , .now my vents blow nice and hard .thought i would post incase someone else needed the info.

yes, there is a connector with three hoses going to it, the one goes under the frame on the passenger side to a vaccum "holding" tank. the other to the intake, all comeing through the firewall, witch connects near the heater core under the passenger side dash, with a connecter of vaccum lines, that then connect behind the switch under the radio.
