Default PROBLEM entering 1st and rev.

ok so we put a McLeod 2 disk, stock fly per McLeod recommendation, ram slave, stock master and still wont enter rev and hardly 1st form a stop!!!!

The ram diagram shows there should be only 1/8in overlap on to the fingers from the measurements and its a lil over 1/4in and compress from to 1/8in past measurement and only goes just short of even. please dont tell me we need a different slave!!!!!!
this is the 3rd time the trany has been out of the car in as many weeks.
its been in the air more than on the street since the new clutch!

we had 3 mechanics and myself, they want to shim stuff but thats the wrong direction, shimming will put it more onto the fingers.
help me anyone!!!!
