Think I will have any luck at a junk yard finding a hood?

Check our classifies section as I've seen a few going from $450-700.

I see one for 500.00 plus shipping. How much do you think a junk yard z28 hood would cost? I see z28 hoods for 200.00

If you pay more than $50 for a 98-02 flat V6/Z28 hood you got ripped off.

stock used GM SS hoods are out there you just have to watch the sites and be ready to act when one shows up. average price is around $500 for a nice one.

What year SS? If your are running the intake that came from SLP you'll probably have to change it for clearance on a 96 or 97.

are you talking about a 96-97 or a 98-02? 96-97 fat hoods will not fit with the ss ram air intake.
