Default rear break-in, with new clutch also

im awaiting a mwc 9. no abs, posi, 3.89s. i also have a monster stage 3, cm flywheel, and new hydralics in my garage.

i know ill want to heat cycle the rear, and 500 easy miles, as for the clutch too.

will this clutch be too hard on that rear end to brake in? i know the monsters are a clutch that will grab, and be slightly rough for a while.

or is it better to leave what i have in it...break in the rear, and then put the clutch in?

Put some easy miles on the new gear set heat cycle them then instal your new clutch then put more miles on it to heat cycle the new clutch.
Then go to the track

yeah, maybe ill wait a little, like a day or two on the clutch, heat cycle the rear, put 2-300 miles on it, then put the clutch in, 500 easy miles (easy for a s3 i guess.)

For the rear end you want to do about 15 heat cycles~500 miles. No WOT, or burn outs. lol

15 heat cycles? eric at midwest in a post says 5 heat cycles. drive 15 minutes no wot, burn outs, being hard on it....etc. then cool for no less than an hour, then do it again. also not to go over 55mph.

then easy for 500 miles.

That's right. The new clutch shouldn't be a problem for it.
