Quit adulterating your oil with additives that don't do anything for you.

well the negative is that your bearings are probably toast. the positive is that this gives you a opportunity to build your motor correctly

It always amazed Me how much people swear By Lucas oil stabilizer. Has anyone actually seen how much that stuff cavitates? At almost all auto parts stores they have that cheesy display comparing Lucas to un treated oil. Next time You see one of those things check out how much that stuff bubbles up... bubbles dont lubricate. Do yourself a favor and use factory weight oil and skip the Lucas. JMHO.

So far my car has been running for 45 minutes with the hood shut and its holding about 32 psi it was 55 cold
I started using lucas when I had my old 98 WS6 and oil perssure started dropping off and it is still running today it brought my perssure up about 15 psi

Did you replace your cam bearings with the rebuild? alot of guys don't because it takes more skill.

Also take your oil filter off, then loosen the big almost 1 inch nut that holds your oil cooler onto your block, I've seen those restricted, blow it out or spray with brake cleaner. But actually if that were restricted it might cause higher oil pressure, I'm not sure at what stage of the oil cycling it travels through the cooler, someone else may be able to verify.

Also, before my engine blew my pressure got low, I switched to 20w 50 it gave me better pressure but not sure if it actually helped anything
