Please, no Jim Adler BS. I need real recommendations from someone you have used, or a friend has used.
My bro was rear ended while on his motorcycle last Tuesday. He has been at Ben Taub since then. He went into surgery for a broken back this morning.
This is going to get really expensive and we have been advised to contact an attorney.
The guy's insurance has not been very responsive.

I have used him for two motorcycle accidents, He came to my house to meet me after that he called checked up on me so did his employee's. The second accident I had to cover up front all my medical bills and they totaled the bike and I wanted what was left of it to rebuild, but needed to survive with my cash left until the lawsuit was over, Tony wrote the check for the bike so I could keep it. He also got my medical bills cut in half, to boil it down I feel like I owe him hence me reffering you my name is lute.

Those charge more and the case is usually ify. This case is a slam dunk so go with a good lawyer.

Sorry I don't know any lawyers but I hope your brother makes a full recovery.
