saw a video of a camaro ss with headers only and a street tune take one that had a street tune on it from a 40 roll and a dig and the camaro ate that up...buuttttt leathal performance has one that has small bolt ons and bigs and skinnys on her and when 10.1..........with a small tune

I was at a track rental with one I didnt have DR so i didnt even try since he was on Slicks an Skinnys. From what i could see he had a CAI an catback going 11.8's. There's one rolling around my town but its like a 50 yr old lady driving it.

I would love to run one. Once the markups go down i will go test drive one for sure. Seems like an amazing machine for the money, if the interior is equal or greater to mine....well it just might be my next car.

There was a big arguement on this a while back. This car is full bolt-on's with a tune, tire and very good driver. Very impressive! Anyone will have to admit that. But let's admit it, LS1 guys have been doing it since 1998... and whoever said it ran a 10.1....... that was on an "un-released" shot of nitrous.. nobody knows how big it is. And please, I don't want feedback saying I'm talking down on the 5.0. It is a very impressive mustang, considering a heads/cam/bolt-on 4.6 is lucky to run a good 12 second pass. And no, I'm not being biased when I have to bring an LS based car into the arguement. Just throwing it out there that this has been done plenty of times, just not on a mustang. Anyway, just putting in my 2 cents!

Oh, and to add to my previous statement, that is what Evolution SAID was done to the Mustang. I can throw a sleeper cam, some nice heads and a shot on my car and tell everyone its got a real good tune on it! Nobody really knows, I guess..

a friend of mine has an 02 camaro ss with slp catback and tune and says he took one from 40-100 and had a lengh on him. Havent seen it in person tho

the new mustangs are pretty nice cars. I am thinking of getting one myself. They would make a great daily driver that can runs 11`s on bolt ons. I havent had a chance to toss a beat down to any yet but im sure that will happen pretty soon.
