10.089 @ 137.61 mph on ~600 rwhp
After the Moser 12 bolt (3.73s) and some suspension mods I finally got a chance to make some runs.
Ran a 10.4 at 131mph on a 100 shot....was pretty pleased with that. Went to the dual stage 100/100 and after a few runs whittled it down to the following:
1.447
6.509 @ 107.41
10.089 @ 137.61
Cut consistant 1.44 sixty foot with the T56/Ram clutch and 26" tall ET streets. Not too bad I guess. Next step is some 28" ET drags and another 50-100 hp of juice
And If that all goes good the third stage wet.
Oh yeah...drove the car 60 miles to the track and 60 miles home

Weighed the car at a certified scale last week. It was 3280 WITHOUT me. I weigh 190 so thats 3470 lbs. I removed the passenger seat for the runs and thats 50 lbs so actual race weight was 3420 lbs.
Launch rpm was around 5000 rpm. Hazes the ET street the first 25 feet or so every time. Even with 10 psi in them.

Big Mike...I will, I will
In the last 3-4 weeks I have put a new rear in, new suspension, shocks, kmember, intake and a ton of other things. I just wanted to gain some confidence in what I had just installed. You know...make sure something didnt come flying off the car or have the car go sideways or something....lol. But I am feeling good now. Everything worked well from the git go.
I am NOT experianced with fast cars. This is the first and only car I have ever modded. But Im a quick learner. So thanks for all your tips guys.
I never did get a good read on the tach at the top of the track but it was in the 6600-6800 range I believe. Thats another reason I didnt up the jets. I didnt want to bounce the limiter (6900) with more power. Ill need the 28 tires for that.
I am glad the car is going fast...but Im more excited by the fact its doing it with the smallest dual stage jets its tuned for. I think I could run all year like this and the motor would last a long time.

Did you launch on the hose, or are you running a nitrous controller? Have you had any transmission work? I am just wondering because I want to launch on the hose, but I am worried about my tranny being the weak link. I am running with 528 HP and 735 FT lbs. so I am wondering if I will break the input shaft.
Thanks,
Kevin

My tranny is bone stock as well. The nitrous is dual stages with the second stage controlled by an rpm window switch set to come on at 4800 rpm. I launched at 5000 rpm so both stages spray at that point. So yes..I spray out of the hole immediately.
