ok so i unbolted those 2 bolts and this thing pushes itself out on its own, then when i pulled on it, it seems like its attached to something down in the bellhousing.. the rubber cover is blocking my view to see whats down there.. is there a trick to taking it out? what about installation when im done?

No trick to taking it out. It will push itself out like you described but nothing else should be holding it in.

Like Haynes says, installation is the reverse of removal.

Both come out easy. Putting the master back in is a little more tricky due to lining it up, lack of acess and visibility and getting the u-bolts back in. But not bad.

Because the dust cover obscures your view of the pushrod on the slave extra attention is needed to ensure the pushrod on the slave cylinder seats correctly onto the clutch fork. You'll understand once you put it together.
