how can I trouble shoot this misfire. I have changed plugs, next change wires then run seafoam through motor? How would an auto repair shop fix it just by using the process of elimanation and i get charged for all the parts i listed plus labor? thanks guys

Swap injectors between #3 and #5 and see if it moves.
If so, replace (or at least clean) the injector. Same deal
with wires, coil packs. Check for single-runner intake
manifold vacuum leaks (head, injector O-rings). That
kind of thing; costs nothing but time.

Swap the injectors last.. Wires first, then coil packs.. Injector failures are very uncommon..

While they seldom fail outright I have fixed two cars in
the past that had poor / rough running due to one injector
being poor-flowing; the imbalance, in a closed-loop
system that controls by average, makes that one cylinder
lean and prone to misfire.

On the other hand, I have yet to ever have a bad plug
wire in 25 years of self-maintaining vehicles (except for
one that kept falling off, on the El Camino; but that
wasn't actually bad, only loose, and fixed with pliers).

Check the easy stuff off in whatever order you prefer....
