Hrmm....could be the ignition module on the driver side cylinder getting too hot and shutting down. Space it off of the head with some washers to see if that cures it.
Could also be the coolant temp sensor FOR THE PCM, which is in the bottom of the water pump. Make sure it's plugged in. That sensor tells the pcm what temp the motor is at. If it doesn't work the computer will still dump a lot of fuel into the motor, even after the motor warms up, because the pcm thinks it's cold. Car will richen out, and die, and won't start til it cools down. That is an easy one to spot if you can datalog the car.
