Stock brackets will work! YOu will have to bend the original tabs welded on the magnaflow to bet them to fit perfect. But they will fit on a stock car. That I know for sure.

alright so just bend the brackets welded to the magnaflow into an L shape that's easy enough.

i have had the car for a while and just never screwed with the exhaust. it looked like the prior owner had some kind of midas special hang from it lol.

NO. there should be original tabs that go into the bracket that is bolted to the frame. THat little bracket im talking about will then bolt up to your new exhuast. Hopefully someone can post a pic of what im talking about. You will need that to mate the exhuast with ease.

i dont have those brackets. the old setup had tabs welded right to it and they slid into the rubber mounts on the body.

i went to the parts store and all they show is the rubber mounts. do you know where i can get those brackets?

i thought i was going crazy. the old setup was pretty odd it had rubber mounts connected to the tips to. the new one doesn't have the mounts on the tips.
