Question Balance Pipe Kit installed on Y-pipe, any benefit?

I see Jegs and Flowmaster both have Universal Balance Pipe Kits, would there be any benefit installing one across the Y-pipe before the Y collector?

It's probably gonna make it sound a little different. I seriously doubt there would be a performance gain.

Try it and let us know...

Never heard of doing this. I really doubt that there would be any gains, but then again, it hasn't been done.
