I just installed these and went driving to test everything. drove around for about hour.

I get back and get to thinking that I didn't grease them up, figured they were greased already from being new. Could I have screwed them up already?

I don't think an hour is long enough to kill them. They should come with a little grease in them anyway. Just get them greased and forget about them.

You will be fine. I made the same mistake as I was in a rush to get my 98 tahoe to the shop before it closed to get an alignment and didn't grease my inners, outers or the idler on a drag link setup. lol I realized it halfway there and just had them grease them for me. All good.
