Default injector offset what the heck!!!

Does anyone know why the injector offset doesn't seem to work probably on my 94 lt1 ? I tuned the new Bosch 3 30lb injectors using the original multitek offsets with TunerCat software. these are similar to the ford type M-9593-AA302 . for reference these injectors have a .666 ms at 13 volts compared to the multitek at .305 ms . When I pluged in the bosch offset values the blms will log extremely rich at the 3000 and lower RPMs through most all the Map values.
So I have been trying to understand why this would happen when there ample amount of injector timing degree opportunity in the lower rpms. Does anyone know how the ECU coding determines when to actuate the injectors ? I have a hot cam with more duration then the standard cam so mechanical there should be plenty of cam degree timing to accommodate .361 ms of additional timing.

As anyone had the same issue?

Someone emailing me about tunerpro just ran into this issue and the values were different, milliseconds vs microseconds.

Make sure that is not the case...

Or better yet leave the offsets stock like 99% of everyone else out there.

If you had a big set of injectors you may need to tweak the offsets to help with driveability but I really dont see the need with 30lbs.

Thanks for the response, I know most people just leave this alone. I was just wondering why this happens when I put in the values? Yes in the data file it is in usec , below is a part of that data. If I remember my math correctly 305 usec is .3 milisec. , is that correct ? Just curious I guess, wanted to see if adding the offsets would make a difference. It did but not in the way I would have expected it to..

VDC Usec
12.4 427
12.8 336
13.2 305
