pm the guy on the link.red. it comes with the longer bolts and the spacers. u will need the 4 gaskets though.i think i paid 85 or 75 shipped dont remember. It was alot cheapier then changing the whole setup to f-body or c5 accessories.
Not the best pic but thats a ls1 pump with the billet spacer.

Or, you could go this route, https://ls1tech.com/forums/new-produ...-270-99-a.html
If you just want the spacer, bolt, washer and belt it would be $62.69 + shipping.

The picture you have is of a L92, not a LQ4, totally different problem. The issue is when you try to bolt on a LS1/LS6 manifold onto a LQ4 the TB will hit the upper radiator hose port on the water pump because it is shaped up and then curves out instead of just coming straight out of the pump like on the LS1 water pump.
The pump is the new GM truck waterpump, and it is a direct fit for the older truck stuff, well, not sure about the upper hose, the waterneck is just off to the side.

Actually, the picture is a 5.3L with a LS2 intake!!! That was the worst case cenerio for fitment. The LS1/LS6 was way better for fit.
