Default will this setup work having some second thoughts

okay just finally got all my parts in and i don't know if this setup will work i think i might have some ptv clearance issues

tsp balanced 383 rotating assembly with wiseco 8CC dish pistons
MS4 cam
PRC stage 2.5 5.3L heads

i talked to TSP and this is what they gave me for a setup the MS4 is a big cam and the PRC's have a small combustion chamber....do you think it will work or has someone ran this setup??

Driveability is all in the hand's of the tuner. Measure, but it should be OK as most small dish pistons still have valve reliefs cut into them. My 4.030 Wiseco -8cc dish pistons do.
