Default Is Tuning Needed after a TC install?

I'm going to have my TC installed with a tranny cooler and a Transgo shift kit. Should I need any tuning afterwards?

it is not really needed persay, but it definatly helps.

With headers mine is acting kind of goofy, so far seems like a tuning problem.
