Help choosing unique f-body rims
I am looking at some unique rims for my 98 firebird. I have it narrowed down to 4 choices. I have uploaded a picture of my car with the eagle 17's and the 4 new rims. These are all available in 18 x 8 and a proper bolt pattern and offset. I have a theory about F-body rims. I think they need to have some hard lines to offset the smooth car lines. Please let me know what you think!

I just dont look the like of any of them. And a f-body is a sports car does anything about those wheels say sporty and their 8" wide thats narrower then a stock rim. Yeah I know everybody runs vett rims but they fit right and look good if you want unique get a set of CCW's made or for big money maybe HRE

I see what you are saying about the sports car. I don't like corvette rims, they are the belly button of the f-body rims. I also don't want a staggered setup, I drive my car and want to be able to rotate my tires. I like the chunkier rims to cover the 12" rotors. I don't like the look of rusty rotors or stock brake calipers. I don't need the extra stopping power so why not fancy rims?
Also, I am pretty sure the stock rims are 16 x 8.

How about 17 x 9.5 at all 4 corners? Not going to arque with you about vette rims, but you can't go wrong with ZR1s. Reasonable, powder coat to make them 'unique'. While you're coating them...you can powder your rotors and calipers (at least paint them to protect).

Luckily I live in ND so no one will have to see my car with the ugly rims.
