Talking Tire pressure

FWIW, we were headed out for a drive Saturday afternoon and I checked tire pressure on the T/A. The first one I checked was @ 30PSI. I can't believe how lazy I was to not fire up the compressor but I didn't. I did go around and balance all wheels to 30PSI.
The road we took is a 45 mile 'roller coaster'. I love it! Some 'Slow to 35MPH' curves. Lots of hills, quick turns up, down and around. Just an all around fun road. NOT many safe places to pass, fewer 'legal' places to pass.
Had to drive behind 45MPH slow-pokes a couple of times, also had some straights where 80MPH was the rule.
Anyway, I've made the trip in 50 and 52 min in the past with less traffic. Saturday, we made it in 45 min FLAT. NO tire squeeling! The car really stayed "hooked". Best it has ever felt! Guess I'll leave the pressure @ 30 cold
