Off Topic, buddies 2011 5.0 runs 12.1 stock I was really suprised how well this car ran tonight. Stock on Hoosiers turned 12.1 @ 114. He ran 12.4, then he let my buddy drive it and he nailed 12.1. He's telling me that it's the quickest reported time yet for a stock Stang with stickies.

Sad thing is he traded his modded G8GT in for it, and matched his Nitrous time LOL
He ran 12.7 @ 108 with bolt ons, and 12.1 @ 115 on a 75 shot.

In all fairness, the 12.4 was on street tires. I understand he is hyped though and seen his post on a mustang site. Hell of a pass.
Now he needs to get a programmer and bust my time which shouldn't be a problem.

with our track its like being on street tires...lol...
either way its still fastest time reported for no mods at all besides tires...
and when say street tires i drive mine on street...lol

I guess your definition of stock is different than mine. Great e.t., but slicks (IMO) definitely are not remotely close to stock. Those cars do run hard though and you can get a rag-top, unlike Camaro/Challenger. Drop-top GT, 6-speed manual, sure is tempting...

Man I totally forgot to comment on here once I looked at this vid on youtube, I just started lookin at a lot of 5.0s the, new Bosses, until I started looking at Vettes, just now!! And fixing to go back to the Tube before I hit the sack. But yeah this Stang is a beast!! What was the temp??

This is fast as my bolt on, nitrous G8. With a tune and codl air i think we will hit 11.6ish. Average guy with those two things are dropping .5 off there time. We will just need them perfect track conditions again.
