Default Not running right

99ss M6 H/C
Ive been getting some spit and sputter and then it wants to stall down at a red light..it was tuned a couple years ago.. then the previous owner pulled the O2 wires and said its been running on the "speed density" when he started running into the same problems..Can this be O2 wires faulting against the headers?

Ok no burnt wires hooked up O2's and still does the same thing..Gonna hook it up to a computer and see whats going on with it..seems to be dumping more fuel then needed in the low range cause it runs great from 3700-4000 and above..

No one has run into this?

car sat for a while...kept throwing a TPS code.. ended up the IAC was dirty and not moving so I guess it was telling the TPS to compensate and add fuel..

Lesson Learned!! If you buy a car that's been sitting...CLEAN EVERYTHING in the motor! lol
