Tick Performance Adjustable Clutch Master Cylinder Reviews: I had to share these two!
I hope everybody had a Happy Thanksgiving! I returned to my office Monday morning to find a pair of reviews in my inbox that are definitely worth sharing. The first: Very kind words from a customer with a killer T/A! Check it out: http://www.tick-performance.com/images/harvey.jpg
The next is extra special: ..wow, a customer from Italy! Check out the beautiful picture he sent: http://www.tick-performance.com/images/italy.jpg
He goes on to say: I normally don't go out of my way to share customer reviews, but I couldn't help it with these two. Many thanks to Harvey and Doug, as well as everybody who has installed and is enjoying our Adjustable Clutch Master Cylinder Kits. Your kind words and admiration are very much appreciated!
hi Joey and Tick:
i just wanted to tell you that i'm completely blown away by what your
Adjustable Clutch Master Cylinder has done for my car.
i have a 98 Mecham T/A, production #004, with a well-built LS7, 577 rwhp. i
was experiencing horrendous shifting problems at high rpm. shift refusals
(not going into third) and rarely i was unable to get the car OUT of 1st or
2nd gear without having to double-clutch! terrible.
i had your piece installed and i've been thrashing the car for the last few
days. these problems have completely disappeared. i'm truly astounded, the
car is now a joy to drive.
your kit is a wonderful, extremely heavy-duty well-made piece of equipment.
you have my full endorsement and i will certainly spread the word among
local F-body owners. and when i burn up my T-56 i assure you i'll be
replacing it with a TICK!!!
thank you!

The next is extra special:
Joey,
I just wanted to say thank you for you, or you and your guys, conquering the issues with our clutch hydraulic issues.
This is my car, sitting in northern Italy, within 30 minutes of getting it fixed and back on the road. All I have left is to tighten up the jamnuts on the turnbuckle.

He goes on to say:
I love the short throw and feel of your master cylinder. I knew my problem was fixed 5 minutes into bleeding it when I had positive engagement and the noticeable feel in the peddle.
Thanks again for getting me back on the road. I'll recommend your MC to any M6 folks I know!
Sincerely and my regards to you,
Doug

I've been wanting to get bolt-ons on my car since I got it, but didn't have the money, next paycheck I can finally get mods but I'm starting to think this is better than a bolt-on or 2.
I'm tired of being unable to shift into 3rd and seeing the car that I was ahead of by 2-3 cars get 1 car in front because I was struggling to get into 3rd, Anyone that could put me at peace that this is worth more than an ORY+Chrs1313 ram air? and what would the price to get someone to install this for me be? I don't have the tools or confidence for this and I believe my friends don't know how to install it either.

My car is under the knife right now, you should be getting my transmission soon, and my car should be getting one of your master cylinders, monster clutch, and a speed bleeder. Ive heard nothing but good things, Im pretty much like a kid on xmas right now.

Wow! Again, thank you all for the kind words and the business. Both mean a ton to us! All the go-fast modifications in the world don't mean anything if you can't drive the car as aggressively as you need to in order to win a race! We usually charge an hour ($80) to install, but I think for a shop installing our kit for the first time, 2 hours would be acceptable. Our kit does come with instructions FWIW!

best mod for a m6 period! if you can't shift you can't do jack...i love mine!
btw, how many are still using the factory hurst? i'm thinking about switching back to it for more leverage...the 6inch stick with a ball has no leverage...

I hope you are right. Hopefully it should be here this week. I don't have the factory Hurst, but the aftermarket billet one with a WS6 short stick and a ball. Thinking of ordering the UMI short stick because I like how it is angled towards the driver. Or just throw down and get another 5.0 or MGW.

Let me add another happy Tick m/c customer review.
5 stars *****
I've had my F-body version since they became available on the market.
Took a 3600 mile road trip from California to Texas/Louisiana and back.
Lots of local stop and go traffic, spirited driving, speed shifts, slowshifts, whatever I can throw at it.
My Tick m/c stays happy with periodic hydraulic fluid changes too.
