Any problems with a v8 in the v6 body?

Default Any problems with a v8 in the v6 body?

So i am looking to replace my 98 camaro that i sold about a year ago with a 99' camaro body with a ls1 from a ws6 year is around 2000 i was told. everything sounds good and legit, but i dont konw if there is any kind of problems that i should look out for, questions i should ask, and so on and so forth. any help would be greatly apreaciated.

Body shouldn't be an issue.....suspension, wiring harness, rad, etc is where the differences are. Also gauge clusters are different.

how would i check the wiring harness is right, because the motor is in and i am just looking at buying as is, with a v6 converted to a ls1 from a ws6.
any thing i should be aware of? look for? specific questions. i am just a little wery about it being a swap.

If it runs and all the guages, fan, temps, etc, are good then I'd say it's going to be fine.

the car is running but i havent test drove it yet i was going to set that up this week. to see how it is, i was asking about it to see if there was anything i should look out for while it was running and i was able to fully look it over.

nothing to really to look for but general things you would on a ls1
