Question related to LT's and Emissions Around here in Mass we have the plug in test only. After LT's and a catted Y pipe no engine lights came on. Should I be good to go?

Yes, you should be fine. I have to get my inspection this month too.
If you happened to disconnect your battery to do the install you have to wait for the OBDII test cycle to run.
