65 nova wagon 5.3 questions
Ok guys I know I could spend hours reading different parts used for a conversion. I do however have a couple of part related questions. I am new to the LS based motors and dont really have a clue on what works with what, So that being said I am going to do a 5.3 swap in the wagon, it has a a/m front stub so I do have more room than stock and the car sits pretty low.
1. What pan works best for lowered cars?
2. What waterpump needs to be used?
3.Anybody make a lower alt bracket so it doesn't sit so high?
Hopefully I wwill start on this here in a month or two and have it all complete for the Good Guys show in DesMoines. Here is pic of how it sits today. Thanks, 2ton

Nice looking longroof, I think I remember you from Steve's......
Anyway, to answer your questions..
1) The F-body pan works just fine for your swap.
2) Use the F-body accessories, it will space everything just right, and answer your next question, as the alternator will be low mount already...
3) See above....
Click on my link in sig, or go to Steve's and check in the Best of Drivetrain and Performance for my build, it has part numbers etc, that you could use if you want....
Post plenty of pictures, looks like a great start.....
