Default couple of questions

I just purchased some c6 co6 wheels. 18x10.5 in the rear with 315s. they came with spacers. what is the point of the spacers? its seems there is not much thread left for the lug nuts. are there special nuts I can buy? do I need longer studs?

Theres spacers/adaptors that bolt right to the stock studs but have new studs in the spacers to give you clearance while keeping same bolt pattern and spacing out the wheel a little.

I didnt use spacers on mine when I had them. Had the exact same wheel size. I just beat the inner fender in a bit and it was good to go.
