Spray vs. Da Boost
once my warranty is up i had originally thought bout going turbo....only thing holding that up is the $5K price tag....after thinking about it some more i am leaning more towards spraying the car.....and yes the trans will be built because i know the stocker will blow...plan on goin with 3.29's and getting TEP to do it since they arent to far from me..i also have rockers and lifters in my basement waiting to be put on....car will be dyno tuned also.....so what do you all think....75-100 wet shot or turbo?

plans would be ported exhaust manifolds and TB...have a CAI and magnaflow exhaust with cutout on 3'' DP.....1.8 crane rockers and LS6 springs...dyno tune by vector....trans with 3.29's and possibly a little higher stall.

N2O verse turbo
A TEP transmission with upgrades (300mm input shaft, 7/8 chain, 3.29s and an upgraded TC) is going to run over 3000.00 plus the install. So a turbo/transmission setup is going to run in the neighborhood of 10K.

Yup. Quality window switch, valve body, shift kit and cooler combined with a good tune should get you where you need to go. Just wouldn't run it on a tire too much...

I wouldn't run the bottle on a drag radial unless you weren't spraying in 1st, or maybe just the top of first (but with 3.29s I would lock it out completely). If you're doing the LS1/6 intake you could run a plate kit. I'd look for an LS1 plate, short lines, solendoids, a timing twister and a controller (like HSW) that allows you to lock out the bottle by gear and RPM, a long line, purge solenoid, bottle, gauge, and bottle heater.
