LT1 WS6 Ram air box on Ls1 Front End Conversion
Has anyone with a Lt1 Trans Am/ Firebird with a ls1 front end conversion tried to put a Lt1 ws6 ram air box on with a Ls1 ram air hood? Im going to be getting a 4" sloped ram air hood from vfn for my front end conversion and dont want to hack my radiator support up for the ls1 lid conversion, would rather just put a ws6 lt1 ram air intake setup on it if it would work? Sounds confusing, but anyone done this?

Well thats what I thought too, but a guy on here was telling me he tried the ls1 ws6 box and he had to take alot out of the hood for clearence. I thought if the lt1 style would fit without cutting the radiator support and hood then it would be worth selling my cai off and doing that. But it looks to sit back further from the front that a ls1 lid.
