Thats a l76 or ls3 intake, not an ls6.

LS6 manifolds still go for stupid prices. I bought this LS3 one after searching for "2010 camaro intake," "L92 intake," "LS3 intake" "L76 intake" and coming up with nothing under $300.. then for giggles, "G8 intake" and bam there she was, brand new

LS6 is a good manifold for cathedral heads, the best way to get a cheap one is search eBay for "2001 camaro intake" "2002 camaro intake," "2002 firebird intake" etc etc. Familiarize yourself with the differences between a LS1 intake and a LS6, part numbers, etc.. and you might just find one for $100.. if you add "-cold" to your search, you wont have to dig through 900 chrome turbonator cold air intake kits..

A LS7, LS3, L76, L92, LY6, etc manifold has rectangle ports and won't work for you.

A LS2, LS6, LS1 manifold (as well as the shitty truck ones) will fit your heads. The LS2 has a 90mm TB but doesnt make good power, so don't go that route.

this is an LS6 intake manifold, although it does not say so anywhere on the auction. It helps to be in the know, when you're trying to score a good deal under the noses of thousands of people.

BTW, OP if you found something like a Meziere Electric Water Pump (under 5K miles of use) for a few hundred bucks instead of it's retail of $600ish bucks then you found a deal.

... No one should ask you for more than $175 max for an LS6 intake.

Yeah but the going rate for an LS6 intake is around the $300 range unfortunately. People think they can charge a premium for it.

Spotted at least 1 LS1 intake on there going for $500.. Not an LS6... a LS1.

Some SWEEEEET stock TPI intakes for the $400 range too.. Just gotta put "Corvette" in the description.

btw, there ARE LS1 intakes out there with no EGR provisions. Look out..

I thought about buying a LS6 intake to help my T/A breathe above 5500, but decided to go the whole top-end route instead.. ill have more fun with big boy valves

Whoops, my bad.. it was $400 for a LS1 intake.. this guy's a douche.

This is an example of a non-egr LS1 manifold. He's pricing it on the high end of a ls6 manifold, and states in his auction "it's over $700 new", fits 97-00 Corvette.. I'm sure somebody will be fooled and buy it, thinking it's a LS6..

good advice here, but a ported ls2 intake will flow on par with a stock fast 90.

No way, really?!! ... Wow, I guess I got lucky a few years back. I think I got mine for $200 shipped! ... I didn't realize that folks were charging $300 for their LS6 Intakes.

He lists the part number on there and states which year models came with it. So how is he trying to fool anyone other than selling at a ridiculous price?

Tyler Z28 it's not better in anyway

He's gonna tell you it came off a Corvette, so it must be better.
